faridabad| Homerton Grammar School organised the ‘Mom and Me’ fun circuit programme filled with fun and activities for mothers and their kids. The programme was held on 9th September, 2017 with great enthusiasm with zeal. More than 300 children with their parents from more than 20 renowned play schools participated in the event. The Principal of the school Mrs. Archana Dogra welcomed the parents and the principals of these Play Schools.
The school wore a festive look with decoration and trills of soft welcome music. A glimpse of the setup, functioning, curricular co-curricular activities and the philosophy of the school was given through a comprehensive presentation. The star attraction of the programme were the various events like ‘Dancing with Mom’; ‘Ramp Walk with Mom’ and ‘Colouring with Mom’ followed by Fair. The guest teachers and parents spoke highly of the school and were of the opinion that the school is doing its best to promote value based and conceptual based education.
The talented ‘mom and child’ duos of the day were awarded with prizes, certificates and trophies. This was a day with a difference which brought spontaneous smile on the faces of both the parents and their children.
